Safari network throttling

Safari removed the built-in network throttling option. To get it working:

1. Install Xcode
2. Install “Additional_Tools_for_Xcode”
3. Find the hardware folder and double-click/install Network Link Conditioner.prefPane

Important: Unlike Chrome DevTools, Network Link Conditioner throttles network system-wide, not just for one browser tab.

iPhone on local network:

1. Attach phone with USB
2. Open Xcode -> Window -> Devices and Simulators
3. Select the phone, scroll down to Device Conditions
4. Select “Network Link”, choose profile, hit Start

Use Safari’s Develop menu -> [device name] to inspect and see phone logs.
